The first step in placing your order is to reserve your spot on the wait list, which is done through email confirmation with Julia. You will then be given an approximate wait time of when to expect your portrait to be commenced and completed.

Once your name has been added to the wait list, you will be asked to email through six or so photos of each pet. When your photos are received, Julia will go through them with you and work out which ones will give the best result, and save these images to your file. If necessary (and possible), you may be required to find or take new photos.

 

Payment will not be due until your portrait is to be started. An invoice will then be sent via PayPal to your email address, or by Bank Transfer if within Australia.

Once complete, your portrait will be sealed and put in protective packaging and sent with tracking that will be updated to your email.
